Expressions of Interest

The Chronicle Singers, a new vocal ensemble based in Brisbane/Meanjin, is seeking expressions of interest from singers to join us for our upcoming Advent Concert Series and our 2026/2027 Season.  We're looking for passionate musicians who are eager to collaborate and create meaninful music together.

Our Goals
1. Offer a new choral experience to the wider Brisbane community.
2. Push the boundaries of the traditional choral concert program into the world of theatre
3. Allow singers to freely reach their fullest aftistic potential in an ensemble setting.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Your name and voice type (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass)
• Contact details (email and phone number)
• Brief summary of your musical experience
• Your general availability (especially for Advent and the 2026/27 Season)
• A short note on why you'd like to sing with us and what you hope to contribute and/or gain from being part of The Chronicle Singers.

Applications close Saturday 3 August
Live auditions for shortlisted applications Mon 18 Aug 10am to 2pm, and 7pm to 9pm and Tues 19 Aug 10am to 12pm.
