Georges River Voices choir is a community choir for adults based in the St George area of Sydney. Our primary objective is to share with others the joy and power of singing together. An acapella choir, we sing a diverse range of repertoire, from contemporary, to jazz, classical and world music. We are a non-auditioned choir, welcoming singers of all abilities - our key requirement is enthusiasm and commitment! Georges River Voices Choir members aim to extend our musical knowledge and challenge ourselves to a high musical standard in a safe, inclusive environment. At our weekly rehearsals we prepare music for performance at community events. The Georges River Voices choir is run by its members with musical leadership from our fabulous conductor, Marie Le Brun! We rehearse Tuesday nights at Oatley Uniting Church from 7:30-9:30pm (with a mandatory break for tea and cake!). Please feel free to come along and check us out!
