Melbourne Youth Chorale is a community enterprise and its role is to share the gift of music with young people through choral practice, participation and performance. We harness the transformational power of choral music to develop confident and well- rounded young people. We are dedicated to enriching childrens lives by developing choral artistry in a stimulating, caring, and fun environment. The choir is open to children and young people ages 6-20. There are four levels - two training choirs for younger children, our main performing ensemble, and an auditioned chamber ensemble. We cater to singers with changed and unchanged voices. All members receive musicianship tuition though a Kodaly-based training program.
