Strange Weather Choir is a local Canberra community choir that promotes the joy and fun that singing in a group of people brings. We have a large repertoire of songs, spanning across a range of style and genres – there is sure to be something that sparks your interest, including contemporary, folk, indigenous, gospel and spiritual songs. While we are an auditioned choir, we welcome people with a range of singing abilities. We are united by our love of singing together in a supportive environment.  

We meet on Wednesdays from 7-9pm at the O'Connor Uniting Church Hall, corner Brigalow Street & Scriviner Street, O'Connor and welcome new visitors each week. New singers are invited to visit three rehearsals, for free at any time. If you decide to join the choir, you will have a simple audition with the Musical Director. The audition is an easy and stress-free process that will help fit you in to the best section of our choir.
