Our 2022 Town Hall concert invites you to Imagine … the beginnings of a better world.  It features the premiere of The Redfern Oratorio, composed by Christopher Bowen and Beethoven’s Ode to Joy from his 9^th Symphony. The Redfern Oratorio is based on Paul Keating’s iconic 1992 Redfern Speech. It represents a significant turning point in our movement towards reconciliation with Indigenous Australian.  The longing for reconciliation and world peace, a key message of the ode to Joy, echoes the hope and aspirations ignited by that speech.
